More Fun With the Artist Watch face
This week I’m writing a really short post. I’m super busy getting ready to transition from full remote teaching to a hybrid model where I’m at school for a few days a week and home for 3 days a week. While I’m at school I will continue to work with my students in my own classroom. The students will remain remote, learning from home. Don’t ask…it’s complicated.
Recently, I wrote about the Artist watch face that I’m using on the Apple Watch and how it is helping cultivate a sense of calm…and believe me…going to this hybrid model is going to require lots of calm! In that initial post, I noticed that the background of the watch face did not really go well with the watchband I was wearing. I thought, what if I started pairing both the background and the person; the Artist, with the watchband I was wearing at the time? Here’s a picture of my first attempt.
Not bad. Then I thought, could there possibly be more combinations? I changed my watch band and gave it a try. Here’s my second attempt.
I like the way the blue pairs with the band I’m wearing. Then I thought…what if I paired a black background with one of my black watch bands. Check this out…
This process has potential for hours of tinkering as there are an endless number of Artist watch faces. I’ve actually decided on a certain “Artist” that I like. I’ll talk more about that in a future blog post.
