Obsessed with the rings...For 81 days I have reached my Move goal of 470 active calories...as recorded by my Apple Watch. 81 days. At the time of this writing I am 130 calories away from reaching that goal for the 82nd day in a row. I've taken great pride (for some reason) in this accomplishment as it is in line with my fitness goals of being active daily. That said...I'm struggling with the prospect of not reaching the goal today. Struggling because I would like to just relax for a bit. Is that bad? As the title of this post suggests...I've become a bit obsessed with reaching this goal and each day I do...I get a notification congratulating me for doing so...which inspires me to try to reach the goal the following day! Is that a bad?Update: I could not deal with the fact that I was not going to reach the goal...so I got on the treadmill and went for a walk...reaching the goal. Is that bad?
