watchOS...Cultivating Mental Silence from my WristIt seems as though watchOS (http://www.apple.com/watchos-preview/) is going to get a nice, nice upgrade this coming fall. I have gathered this from listening to and reading about developments from yesterday's WWDC (http://www.macrumors.com/roundup/wwdc/). Here are some of the things that I feel this upgrade will do with regards to helping me cultivate mental silence...1. Faster access to my favorite apps will enable me to slow down using these apps in a way that keeps me calm and present!2. Sharing Activity rings with my good friend will keep me motivated to maintain my daily exercise routines...keeping me in a mellow state of mind!3. The new Breathe app is going to work very well with my existing workflow of digital mindfulness (which I have documented right here on this blog) that I am already using on the watch...and my iPhone 6S.I am very excited to read, listen to, and think more about how this new watchOS is going to impact my life!
