One month in with the Apple Watch...

This comingWednesday marks one month in with the Apple Watch. What or more like…how is itfunctioning for me?

I love the two watchfaces I'm using now…Modular during the week and Solar on the weekends. I'mstill messing around which Complications I like when in Modular mode. Justhaving a watch on my wrist again has been so comforting!

I use it fortexting. Super convenient! Can't imagine ever taking my iPhone out again totext someone!

I'm using theWorkout and Activity apps daily; runs in the morning and walks at night.

My Glances arefocused on me via the Spire app, my heartbeat, and Activity for keeping trackof things quickly. My reasons for having minimal Glances is purposeful. Becausethe watch has really helped me keep my eyes up and forward; present in themoment…these Glances are the only "news" I am concerned about. Movingforward I am interested in finding other apps that can help me stay more intuned with me. Not sure what beyond Spire, heartbeat, and Activity are going toget my attention. Time will tell.

I've got Gmail setup in notifications…just in case one of my VIP's gets ahold of me. That said,my VIP's know how to get ahold of me…they also know that email is NOT the bestway.

What else? I'mresisting the urge to ask my watch to do more than these things…for now.  I think I've got it "dialed in"just right! Less is more right now…and that's what I think Apple had in mindfrom the outset!

The one day I don't have my iPhone...
