Insight Timer and box breathing...I've been a big fan of the Insight Timer meditation app since 2014. I've used it at varying times during the day. I've used just the timer as well as guided meditations. My favorite guided meditations come from Tara Brach. After a 3 month hiatus I find myself using the app again...at night before bed. I know that this is not the optimal time to meditate but it works with my schedule. Meditating at night calms me before I go to bed.I've also started using a box breathing app again. I’d taken it off my phone back on February but have decided to bring it back as a part of my morning practice.
