HOPES and WISHES for next week’s APPLE EVENT

Apple’s Fall Event is scheduled for September 12th. It’s almost been a year since I got my beloved Apple Watch Ultra so I thought it would be fun to think about some things I am hoping for during next week’s event.

Watch bands

Currently, I am “rocking” all 3 of the Ocean Bands and 2 of the Alpine Bands. The one that gets the most “run” is the Midnight Ocean Band. Of the two different types I really like the Ocean Bands the most. They feel great on the wrist in all situations. I am hopeful that Apple has more colors coming next week. A partnership with (RED) would be amazing. If not, something that would look cool with the orange on the Digital Crown.

Watch faces

I’ve written recently about my shift to the California watch face with no complications and how I’ve gone all in on widgets. The California watch face is elegant and functional all at once. Right now we only have one watch face that is unique to the Ultra; the Wayfinder watch face. It would be nice to get at least one new watch face that is unique to the Ultra next week. I’m looking for something analog that would lend itself well to widget and would include Night Mode, like the Wayfinder watch face. How cool would it be to have a new, analog watch face with Night Mode with a (RED) watch bands?!
